Description
Looking for part-time work that is home-based?  CareStar, an established leader in the home and community-based healthcare industry in Ohio and Indiana, is looking for to fill  a home-based position that provides phone based customer services to callers when the office is not open for regular business; evenings, weekends and holidays.  The After Hours Coordinator interacts with program participants, participant's representatives, employees, service providers, and community officials.   Hours for this position vary and may include weekday evening “on-call” shifts and/or weekend “on-call” shifts .  Occasional holiday coverage is also required.  

Qualifications include:
  • High school diploma/GED,
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to use a web-based database and email applications required.
  • Home based office high speed internet availability
