Job Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s Degree in a computer or related field or equivalent professional experience.
- Two (2)-Five (5) years’ development experience
- Ability to work independently
- A firm grasp of computer science fundamentals including but not limited to object oriented design, data structures, algorithm design and problem solving
- Practical experience with website software platforms, frameworks, development tools, methodologies and best practices
- SAAS applications
- Working with an Agile/Scrum team
- Experience with back-end frameworks and front-end frameworks
- Development and consumption of RESTful API services
- Effective organization skills including prioritizing projects
- Strong working knowledge in some or all of these areas:
- PHP
- AWS Aurora, MySQL, MS SQL, Relational Databases
- Laravel
- JavaScript
- Test Driven Development
- SSRS/SSIS
- REST and/or SOAP web services
- Agile development
- Object oriented concepts
- Paired Programming
